I am a Senior Charge Nurse in the Emergency Department in Homerton University Hospital and have been qualified for just over 7 years. Although a full time clinical member of staff, my passion is to improve processes within the area I work. This has stemmed from a mistake that I made when I first came to my trust. Patient Safety & Processes is a passion of mine, mainly involving understanding and unpicking processes, then assisting with the Improvement at a local level involving my link subjects or a trust level with integrations such as the Action Card App.
