A Finnish national, Minna Lyijynen has been with Refresco Group for more than 12 years. As of January 2020, she heads up the Group’s Sustainability function. Minna joined Refresco as Manager Communications in July 2011. Prior to that, she held several communications positions with a leading Nordic private asset company. Minna holds a Master's degree in Organizational Communication and PR from the University of Jyvaskyla, Finland. She is passionate about creating awareness and driving sustainable action, helping the organization achieve their business goals while taking care of ESG impacts.
