Bio
Dan Walker, Ph.D., A.M. ASCE, holds joint positions as a Senior Geologist with EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. PBC, and with the U. of Maryland’s Center for Technology and Systems Management. A classically trained sedimentologist and stratigrapher, Dan has worked in a wide range of depositional settings and on projects related to both oil and gas, radioactive waste management, and PFAS site characterization. Dr. Walker has held senior positions with the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine; the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy; and NOAA.
