Bio
Dr Elizabeth A. Ainsbury is a Radiation Protection Scientist and head of the UK PHE Cytogenetics Group and Cytogenetics Dosimetry Service. With over 15 years of experience in the research fields of retrospective dosimetry and ionising radiation effects, and over 100 related publications, Liz now leads the EURADOS Working Group 10 on Retrospective Dosimetry, is an active member of the WHO BioDoseNet and RENEB retrospective dosimetry and MELODI low dose radiation research networks, and has recently been appointed to ICRP Committee 1 on Radiation Effects.
