Dyean is a chartered accountant, Western Sydney business owner and mum to two boys. She has always had in interest in organizational improvement, empowerment of others and looking for new and innovative ways of working.
Her 25 year career in accounting started at Deloitte in South Africa, providing tax and accounting services to SMEs. She later co-founded and ran a national connected accounting firm in Australia, providing advisory services to SMEs. Later she consulted to leadership teams at PwC, EY, BDO and Countplus on innovation, digitization and new business models.
