Paula R. Glover

President, Alliance to Save Energy

Paula R. Glover serves as the President of the Alliance to Save Energy, a nonprofit focused on federal energy efficiency policy. Under her leadership, the Alliance has been influential in shaping major energy legislation, including the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act and the Inflation Reduction Act, securing billions in federal funding. With a commitment to ensuring underrepresented communities have a voice in energy policy, she previously served as President and CEO of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE). Glover's expertise is further demonstrated by her extensive board service, which includes Talos Energy, the National Petroleum Council, and the Department of Energy Electricity Advisory Committee. She holds a B.S. in Marketing Management from the University of Delaware.
