Anne Rosenboom has a master's degree in Operations, Management & Logistics. She had several roles at AIRFRANCE-KLM in a data-driven environment. One year ago she switched to the operation at ProRail. As operational manager incidents, she had the responsibility that all incidents in the Netherlands are solved as quickly as possible to minimize the impact for passengers and cargo trains. Once per week she still fulfills this operational role. Since April 2021, Anne is the Team Manager of the Operational Control Center Rail. This department does all the intakes of incidents in the Netherlands and makes sure the incident fighters are alerted as soon as possible.
