An executive-level HR practitioner with experience in highly sales and customer experience-driven environments, Linda takes a non-conformist approach to her profession (and most things) and enjoy conceptualising, designing and driving strategies that challenge conventional people practices.
Linda presently head ooba’s Human Capital Division, which comprises of both the Human Resources and Learning and Development divisions.
Linda's work is underpinned by organisational development principles and has a keen interest in the fields of communication science, neuroscience and positive psychology.
