Portia King is a multi-media personality, host, and moderator based in Chicago. As a young woman of grace and character, Portia utilizes her platform to challenge the status quo and produce culturally relevant content that entertains, inspires, and sparks insightful conversations.
Portia’s elegance, confidence, and enchanting personality have allowed her to work with various local and national outlets and brands, including REVOLT TV, Vibe, Twitter, Bumble, and the A3C Festival & Conference. In 2018, she launched her first original content series, Maven Muse, which highlights various artists and influencers. Portia then kickstarted The Maven Method: Media Training workshop to better prepare artists and talent for interview opportunities.
As a product of Chicago's south side, Portia encompasses an element of diverse perspective and relative experiences that unite commonalities throughout modern-urban society.
