Trever is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Business Tax Services (“BTS”) practice with over 16 years of experience in serving clients by providing tax accounting, compliance, and consulting services. He has significant experience in a variety of projects related to tax provisions, tax due diligence, mergers & acquisitions and intercompany restructurings, including multiple spin-off transactions. He serves as the DeloitteTax Reform Champion and leads the firm’s efforts around tax reform in the Chicagoland area.
His client base includes a wide variety of clients from startup companies to large multi-national companies. He also serves a number of clients that are inbound investments of foreign parent companies and assists them with tax issues related to cash management and transfer pricing. He is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Illinois MS Tax Program and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
