Karina comes with more than 15 years of HR consulting and marketing experience in the U.S.A. and Asia Pacific. In her previous role as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia, Karina worked with multinational conglomerates, regional companies and government-linked organisations to execute projects across Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific. Her past project experience focuses on business transformation change and talent management. In addition, she also has experience across a broader spectrum of HR, such as in leadership and succession planning, learning and development, M&A integration, workforce transition, organisation design, employer branding, culture alignment and HR process assessments.
Karina holds a Masters of Industrial Labour Relations and MBA from Cornell University (U.S.A.)
