Mini Petraki is a Senior Consultant in NHS NEL Healthcare Consulting. Mini has experience of leading teams to deliver a variety of complex improvement, transformation and operational programmes across systems, from local to national scale. Mini specialises in children and young people’s mental health, health and justice pathways and learning and development.
During the pandemic, Mini has supported nationally and regionally NHS England and NHS Improvement, Youth Custody Service/HMPPS, and Department for Education to produce guidance, conduct reviews and learning workshops and project manage the design and rollout of testing and vaccination programmes in the adult detained estate in London.
Mini is passionate about supporting a continuous improvement and learning culture in the NHS and chairs the internal Continuous Quality Improvement Group, co-chairs the NEL After Action Review Faculty and delivers various training to internal and external teams.
