Eleonora Zampatti is a body movement specialist, author, and fitness model. As a native of Milan, Italy, she began her career as a varsity synchronized swimmer and taught a variety of fitness and aerobic classes. At 27 years old, she left her career as an assistant professor at a fine arts academy in Milan and moved to New York City to enroll in a five-year dance program, where she studied ballet, modern dance, and flexibility.
In her classes she encourages students to accept their vulnerabilities because “without weakness there can be no strength, and without acceptance there can be no healing.” Her inspiring classes provide students with the knowledge and courage to carry their practice out of the studio and into their daily lives.
