Scotty became a Principal Partner with Graystone in September 2022. In addition to his ownership responsibilities, Scotty’s role within Graystone includes the facilitation of training and client account management. Scotty also handles all of the ongoing updates of training modules while protecting the proprietary intellectual property of all training materials.
What Clients Say: Clients often refer to Scotty as an operations guy that hands on based off of his experience in the funeral profession. Scotty is valued in the manner in which he works to improve processes or systems within funeral homes while maintaining the focus on improved customer service and revenue growth through staff development. Prior to Graystone: Scotty is a licensed Funeral Director in Missouri with over 15 years of experience with a fast-paced progressive funeral home in the Mid-West. His experience as both a Funeral Director and Director of Funeral Service Operations is very beneficial as he works with Graystone Clients. In addition, Scotty is very familiar with crematory operations which is a valued asset with the growing cremation trends. Prior to joining the Graystone Team, Scotty also worked as a Regional Marketing Director for an insurance funding organization covering 13 states in the Midwest.
