Martin is responsible for leading the UK operation and establishing Home Instead as the UK's most admired care company and as an employer of choice within the sector.
He works closely with Government, key organisations and charities campaigning on wider social care issues and works to ensure the voice of the older generation is heard. Martin’s non-executive roles include: Member of the UKHCA board; Chair of The Silver Line charity; co-opted member of the Age UK Board; TSA, the voice of technology enabled care and The Care Workers Charity.
He is an active member of Business in the Community's Age at Work leadership team, championing the role of older workers.
