Orianne is Head of Discovery at Luminance, where she is responsible for overseeing the company's eDiscovery practice and developing relationships with Luminance’s customers by helping them integrate Luminance’s pioneering technology into their workflow. This includes world leading law firms such as Dentons and Burness Paull, as well as global organisations. After reading law at the University of Birmingham, Orianne worked in a law firm and then as a head-hunter for a legal recruitment agency where she saw first-hand the importance of having the right and best technology at every level within a firm. Orianne joined Luminance in 2019 as a Legal Product Expert, quickly climbing the ranks to become Luminance’s Head of Discovery.
