Karen has devoted the past 25+ years to the community supervision field and currently serves as the Account Executive for FieldWare.
She dedicated 23+ years as an Oakland County, MI Community Corrections’ Supervisor, leading the Step Forward program for recidivism reduction using risk/needs assessments and evidence-based programming. She was a key player in the County Corrections’ Pretrial Supervision program committed to meeting pretrial release national standards. In addition to her work at FieldWare, Karen currently serves as a trainer for The Carey Group, specializing in evidence-based practices.
