Frank is a known, global cybersecurity expert and social influencer. With roots in Silicon Valley and the EU, he has a purposeful vision that has driven his career: Making the world a better place, by protecting society through technology. Frank responded to interference in the 2016 US elections by globally launching his company, 1600 Cyber. The company is non-partisan and uses elite technical expertise to support NATO, Military, and International Business cyber initiatives.
For the majority of his career, he has held high level security clearances for both NATO and the Department of Defense. His work in classified, joint warfighting environments helped secure, integrate, and increase the interoperability of mission critical assets. Frank is a proven leader with expertise in C2 / C4ISR Systems, the NATO Multilateral Interoperability Programme (MIP), encryption, defense-in-depth cyber security engineering, PKI, and incident management
Frank’s formal training included his Bachelors from University of California at Berkeley and his Master´s in Cyber Security from George Mason. He is an authorized ISACA Cyber Security Trainer and CISSP, CISM, and CSX-P Boot Camp Instructor.
A classic S.T.E.M. ambassador, Frank is founder to a non-profit 1600 Avenue and Hip Hop Leaders. He is relentlessly focused on empowering young men from underrepresented groups and young women, to pursue technology careers as a means to a better life.
