Bio
Natalie brings a breadth of experience producing short-form as well as documentary works to her role at Scythia Films. Having executive produced both digital and broadcast campaigns through her company Hello Video Inc. for such clients as GM Canada, Spotify, Easter Seals Canada, President’s Choice, and Arts & Crafts, Natalie was presented with the opportunity to develop strong business acumen.
Natalie further developed her skillset over several short films, some of which were award-winning, and screened internationally. Select credits include PYTOR495 (2016) Written & Directed by Blake Mawson and Imposter (2016) Directed by Adam Goldhammer, through the Canadian Film Centre’s (CFC) Dramatic Film (SDF) program.
Natalie has been funded by the Independent Production Fund, Enterprise Toronto, William F. Whites as well as Ontario Creates to develop original scripted works including the only scripted series to be awarded the “Fund Futures” grant through Ontario Creates’ Interactive Digital Media Stream.
Set for release in 2020, on CBC Gem, is the short-form comedic digital series The Communist’s Daughter , created, written and directed by Leah Cameron, produced by LoCo Motion Pictures with Lauren Corber serving as the Executive Producer. The project was also the winning project at the CBC Comedy Digital Originals Pitch Competition at Just For Laughs in Montréal in 2018.
Natalie is a graduate of York University’s Theatre Program with a Specialized Honours BFA in Acting. She is also a Graduate of Toronto’s Second City Improv Conservatory. She is fluent in Polish and an EU Citizen.
