Kristen Gray came to Nutshell in 2017 with big dreams of creating a thriving Customer Success initiative. In her time at Nutshell, she has optimized the customer onboarding process and inspired hundreds of new and existing customers to get excited about the possibilities of CRM. Kristen puts her customer first in everything she does and believes that customer satisfaction is the key to creating successful processes that grow company revenue. A buoyantly optimistic problem-solver at heart, Kristen does not shy away from the big problems facing scaling businesses and lives to kick-start excitement about SaaS in sales teams across the globe.
Kristen lives in the heart of Ann Arbor, an up-and-coming tech hub on the rise in the Midwest. When she steps outside the Zoom box, she loves to be walked by her two golden retrievers, Jamison and Howard, and putting paint to canvas in her home art studio.
