Deputy Commanding General for Military and International Operations
Bio
MG Milhorn is a former two time Division Commander, and is the Deputy Commanding General for Military Construction and International Operations.
He is responsible for policy, programming, and technical support in the execution of more than $18 billion of design, construction, and environmental programs for the U.S. Army, the U.S. Air Force, other Department of Defense and Federal agencies, and foreign countries.
As the North Atlantic Division Commander, he was well versed in all aspects of construction, as well as contracting practices for both military construction and disaster response. Additionally, his division led the charge for the COVID-19 response in NYC.
