Neal Wilson is the owner of Wilson's Coffee & Tea, a roaster retail shop in Racine, Wisconsin that opened in 1991. Neal has developed coffee roasting classes that he and others have taught at companies and events both in the United States and internationally. He believes that the tools and techniques for quality coffee roasting should be made as accessible as possible. This lead him to create some of the most watched educational videos on coffee roasting aimed at a professional audience. He also wrote Typica, the premier free program for companies to track and improve their coffee roasting operations.
