Counsel with the Winnipeg Regional Office of the Federal Department of Justice. From 1990 to 1995, counsel for Treasury Board Legal Services Unit, Ottawa. Appointed Regional Director of the Winnipeg Regional Office of the Federal Department of Justice in May 1997.
