Mel has worked for IHG for 7 years starting out as HRBP for the Global Corporate functions and moved to her role with the UK&I Managed and Leased hotels in 2019.
Mel supports IHG's managed and leased hotels, working closely with their GMs, HRPBs and leading the talent acquisition team. She manages projects and initiatives that range from attraction of talent to talent development, DE&I projects, and implementation and embedding of people initiatives that bring to life IHG's aims for creating an amazing culture across all of its hotel brands in line with its purpose of creating true hospitality for good.
