Mats started his career at Hyundai Motors as a Technical Advisor in 2011. He moved to Crowley Accord Marine Management as a Procurement Analyst and switched to 3pl Logistics (Delhivery Pvt ltd) as a Regional Planning Manager for over 2 years, and worked on several process improvement projects. He then worked at Australia for 3 years where he worked at a major party product manufacturer, Amscan as a Supply Chain Manager. Currently, he operates as a Director as well as Partner to his own consulting firm, Kaizenxs Consulting which aims at providing certified Lean Management and Six Sigma Process Improvement training to individuals as well as corporates.

As one of the few registered Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belts in the IMEA & APAC belt, he has worked on several quality improvement projects in his career, saving over $6 million of costs to organizations. He has also rolled out over 15 lean projects ranging from domains like telecom, automobile, distribution, and logistics.
