Charlie-Louise Akintilo graduated from the University of Surrey with a Bachelor of Laws, LL.B 2nd Class, Upper Division. Charlie works as an Offshore Associate at Olisa Agabakoba Legal and a Foreign Qualified Lawyer at insightsoftware in the UK. At insightsoftware she heads up Corporate Governance for Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) and collaborates with multiple stakeholders to set up new commercial contracts. Prior to this, Charlie worked for Olisa Agbakoba Legal as an Associate for 3 years upon qualifying as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2015. In this role she advised individuals, private companies and Nigerian regulators on corporate governance, commercial transactions and insolvency. She advised financial institutions on issues relating to lending, non-performing loans, security and enforcement of legal and equitable mortgages. She regularly appeared on clients behalf and advocated before Trial and Appellate Courts in Nigeria
