Zishan leads the commercial and operations team at Mega Adventure Singapore and has been with the company since 2016. He provides the overall vision and strategic direction for the business, and is responsible for driving business growth strategies while maintaining the overall financial stability and profitability of the company.
During his time at Mega Adventure, Zishan has exponentially increased the profitability of the Singapore business and is responsible for leading his team to its best ever performance in terms of visitor numbers, customer experience ratings and safety audit results. In 2019, Mega Adventure Park Singapore was awarded the 2019 Traveller’s Choice Award for Top Experience in Singapore and the MegaZip is widely regarded as the No 1 Zipline in Asia.
Having a passion for continuous learning and paying it forward, Zishan has volunteered in various sub committees at the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) and sits on the Executive Committee of the Association of Singapore Attractions (ASA). He has spoken at numerous local and international events and conferences for the attractions industry on a wide range of topics ranging from Customer Experience, Data Analytics, Safety and Digital Marketing.
