Rebecca has worked in the affordable housing field for nearly 30 years, starting in affordable housing property management and then shifting to housing development program administration. She has been with the Massachusetts Department of Housing & Community Development for 20 years, managing the HOME program for the past 15 years and the tax credit program for the past five years. She serves on the board of the Council of State Community Development Agencies (COSCDA) and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MS in Administrative Studies from Boston College.
