Rubén Austria is the founding Executive Director of Community Connections for Youth and a former Soros Justice Fellow. In 2009, he incorporated Community Connections for Youth (CCFY) as a vehicle to pursue the vision of eliminating youth prisons and reinvesting resources into building community capacity building for juvenile justice reform.
