Vidali became part of the Vector team when Vector acquired Envisage Technologies, a software company founded by Vidali that develops training and compliance ecosystems (Acadis) for the public sector. During his 20-year career, Vidali has been instrumental in developing innovative readiness strategies for Military, Public Safety, and Law Enforcement commands.
