Breann M. Jones is President and co-founder of Martinez, a federal construction and professional services firm supporting Department of Defense and other federal clients nationwide. Since co-founding Martinez in 2007 and becoming President in 2009, Bre has helped guide the company’s growth from a small emerging business into an established federal contractor.
In her role as President, Bre provides strategic and financial leadership while remaining actively involved in business development, federal contracting, teaming and joint ventures, and long-term growth strategy. Having navigated Martinez through the 8(a) program, WOSB certification, mentor-protégé relationships, joint ventures, and both prime and subcontracting opportunities, she brings a practical small-business perspective to the challenges of working in the federal marketplace.
Bre earned a B.S. in International Business Administration from Auburn University. She is particularly passionate about small-business participation in the federal marketplace and believes strong partnerships, candid communication, and a willingness to tackle difficult problems are fundamental to sustainable growth.
