He started his journey with Marriott in 2001 as an Asst. Chief Engineer at the
Pre-Opening stages of the JW Marriott Hotel, Juhu Mumbai. He then moved to
the Caribbean Islands as the Director of Engineering at the Curacao Marriott
Resort and Emerald Casino, Curacao, as well as the Sr. Kitts Marriott Resort.
In May 2009 he moved to JW Marriott Dubai where he worked extensively on
managing the challenging Engineering operations of properties needing
renovation and MEP replacement. He worked at improving the Energy & Water
usage and enhanced conservation on these properties. He received an Award
from the Dubai Municipality for the “Best Hotel in Public Health & Safety” in
Dubai for 5 Star hotels in 2011.In September 2015, he moved to the Ritz
Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal where he received the Global Engineering
Leadership award for Marriott International, 2018. He relocated back to
Mumbai in November 2019 to take up the role of Area Director of Engineering, South Asia, Marriott International.
