Jing He is the founding partner of GEN Law Firm in Beijing, with 25 years of experience in intellectual property, antitrust, regulatory, and policy advocacy work. Beginning his career as a patent attorney in Silicon Valley before returning to China, he has guided clients through high-stakes disputes and transactions, including FRAND rate-setting, chemical patent injunctions, bad-faith trademark litigation, and major licensing deals in semiconductors and wireless communications. Recognized by Chambers, Legal 500, WTR 1000, IAM, and numerous other leading directories, Jing He also advises industry associations and government bodies on IP and policy reform. He is admitted in both China and California and earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame and his LL.B./B.Sc. from Peking University.
