Bob Bessemer is Vice President of Extrusion Technology for Novate, Inc. Joining the company in August 2018, Bob has been challenged to create a new line of the most advanced and operator-friendly medical downstream equipment.
Bob has a wealth of industry experience. He has worked for several downstream plastics extrusion equipment manufacturers during the past 37 years, in product development, product engineering, and sales roles. Bob's main focus has been developing sizing and cutting equipment specific to medical and pharma applications.
Bob holds six patents and is in the process of pursuing three more. A major goal has been to better control the variables of the extrusion process and eliminate guesswork. He has a degree in business administration from Penn State University. Bob has authored many technical papers and delivered seminars to the plastics industry with a goal of advancing technology.
