Brenda Knights is an experienced indigenous executive leader and Board member.
Brenda currently serves on the board for the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business, the New Relationship Trust, Langley Tourism and Elizabeth Fry Society. She also is a Council Board member for the Indigenous Business Investment Council where she advises the Minister of Jobs, Economic Development and Competitiveness on actions, strategies and issues pertaining to the enhancement of economic development in Indigenous communities.
Brenda is part of Bentwood Skateboards – a Canadian majority-owned Indigenous commercial skateboard brand, offering professional quality boards and clothing, featuring indigenous artwork. As a CEO, Brenda is experienced in strategic planning, business development and business operations. She is currently working to complete her Masters in Business Leadership.
