Paul has over 25 years of experience leading and serving teams that deliver resilience, flood, and water resources projects, not just across the western United States, but also nationally and internationally. He has been involved in climate resilience planning for over 20 years. Paul has worked with all levels of government as well as private organizations. More recently, he has supported projects in the water, environmental, and transport markets for clients such as the California Department of Water Resources, USACE in Texas, the City of New Orleans, the US Army Reserves, and others.
