In 2017, Catherine Hackney started Confident Communities Consulting after recognizing a need for specialized online community management services by professional associations. Then began the rewarding work of sharing her online community expertise with a variety of organizations. Catherine has a B.A. in English Literature from Colorado State University and still enjoys living in Colorado's Front Range. Catherine mentors budding community professionals and has been an MVP member of the Higher Logic user group, HUG, since 2016. Confident Communities Consulting is a proud partner of Higher Logic.
