Joseph Cohen-Lyons is a lawyer in our employment and labour law group. He practises in all areas of employment and labour law, and regularly advises employers on terminations, employment contracts, employment standards legislation, union matters, human rights and accommodation, occupational health and safety and worker's compensation. Joseph has represented clients at various levels of court and administrative tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal and various labour arbitration panels.
Prior to joining us, Joseph practised at a leading Canadian employment and labour law boutique. Joseph has also worked as in-house employment counsel for a large international manufacturer.
