Over the past 18 years in the industry she has experience in designing and delivering software systems to support complex Global Trade needs especially in the area of FTZ, Entry Filing, Reconciliation and PGA. She has worked with CBP, PGA and other trade partners in implementation of ACE and contributed to the various projects including the Reconciliation External Handbook recently published at CBP website. Madura is a Licensed Customs Broker and has master’s degree from Cornell University in System Engineering and bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
