Bio
Tammy has been working as an OT for 25 years. She started her career providing early intervention services for the State of North Carolina. She then worked as an independent contractor in Southern California in a variety of settings including behavioral health, pediatrics and home health care. After moving back to the Twin Cities area she worked in acute care at the University of Mn Hospital and in home health care. She has focused on home health care and lymphedema therapy for the past 15 years. She is an Adjunct Professor in the OTA program at St. Catherine University and serves on the MOTA board as Member at Large.

Tammy graduated from the University of Minnesota OT program, has a Certificate in Deaf Studies from the University of California, San Francisco and is certified as a Lymphedema Therapist from The Academy of Lymphatic Studies.
What Tammy finds most rewarding in her career is knowing that age doesn’t matter when it comes to ability, hopes and dreams.
