Jason Lau is a multiple award-winning cybersecurity and data privacy professional with over 20 years experience, and is currently the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at a Crypto.com, overseeing the global cybersecurity and privacy strategy. Jason is an Adjunct Professor at one of Asia's top business schools, and a member of the Standing Committee for the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data; Hong Kong's official privacy regulator. Jason is active in the global community, where he's currently the Regional Lead, Co-Chair and Asia Board Member for the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and participates on multiple global Think Tanks including the World Economic Forum expert network, Centre for Information Policy Leadership (CIPL), and Forbes Technology Council. Jason was most recently acknowledged as one of the global top 18 CISO's who are disrupting their respective industries, where he has used cybersecurity and privacy as core pillars to build trust in the crypto-space.
