Joel Sam is a business development manager with the EOS Additive Minds team, specializing in metal additive manufacturing. With a background in materials science, mechanical design and engineering, Joel brings a well-rounded perspective to helping customers adopt and optimize laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) technology. Prior to EOS, he worked at Stratasys Direct Manufacturing as a process and manufacturing engineer focused on LPBF production. Joel holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in materials science from Texas A&M University.
