As the Data & Analytics Director at CloserStill Media Richard is responsible for the flow of information throughout the business. For the last 9 years he has been a driving force behind data strategy within the organisation as it has expanded from 3 events to over 70 physical events in 2019 and now onto virtual events in 2020.
With a strong focus on integration and process improvement he works with a talented team to build and develop systems which give CloserStill an edge in delivering delegates and procuring exhibitors in a sustainable and efficient way.
