Bio
Julia has led and participated in innovative environmental, business and community impact initiatives for the past 20 years across the West. She is motivated by accelerating collaborative efforts amongst unlikely partners that produce new and lasting results.

Prior to accepting this position, she held leadership roles with Hancock Natural Resource Group, Micron Technology and the City of Boise. On the side, she co-founded the Idaho Coalition of Land Trusts, Boise River Wildlife Linkage Project and Boise Nice Project.
Julia holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri, a dual Master’s in forestry and environmental management from Duke University and a badge from Boise State University’s Venture College (entrepreneurial program). Though a Midwesterner at heart, she, her husband and their four “free range” children have called Idaho home for 20 years.
