Bio
Natalia Guerra is an Economic Affairs Officer at UNCTAD's Division of Investment and Enterprise (DIAE), with over 25 years of experience, including the private sector and the Venezuelan National Council for Investment Promotion. She currently coordinates DIAE’s capacity-building and technical cooperation programmes on investment promotion and facilitation for sustainable development and since 2012 also serves as the Division’s gender mainstreaming focal point. Graduated in economics from the Central University of Venezuela, holds an MSc with honors in Investment Promotion and Economic Development from the Edinburgh Napier University.
