Matt Bianco is president, FedWay Consulting, LLC, a firm that works to integrate, support, and procure EV charging technology for the Federal Government.
Matt has worked heavily with GSA on two Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) dating back to 2015 which started with the implementation of charging stations at 32 separate Agencies supporting the portions of EO #13693 to “green” the fleet. Since the latest BPA in 2017 and the inception of the FAST Act guidance, Matt has implemented stations/programs for Agencies for both Fleet EV’s-Government Owned Vehicles (GOV) and Personally Owned Vehicles (POV) on Federal sites.
Matt has become a thought leader on the implementation of EV charging stations/programs, speaking to groups such as DOE's Interfuel, etc. The FAST Act guidance allow Agencies to implement workplace (POV) charging programs, which require drivers to pay for use. He has been a key part of starting these programs in the Military, Civilian and Intel Agencies.
