Tristan grew up in Paris and moved to London for his studies. Then, he traveled the world for one year, backed by a non-profit organization, to interview tech entrepreneurs. He published a book about travel and entrepreneurship with his business partner and friend Cyriac Lefort. Together, they created Heroes Jobs in San Francisco to humanize the application experience for job seekers while empowering hiring managers. They believe that a truly inclusive hiring process gives equal opportunity to candidates to show their whole selves from the start beyond generic resumes.
