Mr. William King is the President and CEO of Impact General, Inc., a forensic engineering and science firm, and has been in that position since 1997. He works directly with major insurance companies and attorneys implementing strategic application of science and engineering to evaluate claims on liability, subrogation, comparative negligence, fraud, underwriting and loss-control efforts.
Mr. King is the Director of the National Institute of Forensic Studies, a seminar provider offering technical training for claims, legal and expert-witness professionals. He is the creator of the popular seminar The Application or Forensics in Staged-Auto Collisions.
His professional status and involvement in the insurance industry and professional organizations includes numerous publications, seminar speaker and board member of various insurance industry associations. He served as the Western Regional Director of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals for 10 years.
