Pino Cianfarani is a partner at Lerners LLP. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, he was called to the bar in 2000. Mr. Cianfarani is an experienced litigation lawyer. He is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board, the Ontario Financial Services Commission, the College of Physician and Surgeons of Ontario, the Human Rights Tribunal and the Office of the Chief Coroner of Ontario. His cases cover a broad spectrum of litigation, including municipal liability, professional and medical malpractice, insurance coverage disputes, products liability, personal injury defence and class action defence.
