Gajun Genendran is the Head of Solutions Architecture, Global Accounts for Amazon Web Services, South East Asia. Gajun along with his organizations is responsible for providing technology and strategy advice for AWS' largest customer globally. This includes supporting customers through their digitalization journey, workload transformation advise and best practices on accelerating cloud adoption.
Prior to joining Amazon Web Services, Gajun was the CTO for IBM Public Cloud in Asia Pacific for more than 4 years. During this time, Gajun was responsible for driving IBM's public cloud strategy in region, evangelizing public cloud adoption and promoting key technology strategies during premier industry events.
Gajun has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and Masters of Biomedical Engineering from the University of New South Wales in Australia and has over 19 years of experience in IT industry having worked in Australia and in Singapore.
